This can be a difficult and time consuming process for someone not trained in judgment enforcement. This is how we begin::
Skiptracing: State-of-the-art technology allows us to locate an individual, regardless of relocation, changed phone numbers, or other obstacles that have made them otherwise unreachable.
Asset Locator Service: An individual may have available cash funds, property, auto, boats, (other toys) Work equipment, deposits for various services or property. In order to determine what payment is possible, we must first find out what assets the debtor or (partner/ significant other) owns.
Court Proceedings: We file all paper work and make all court appearances.
